From Lies To Loyalty Reviews
Lorrie McGee
It was a captivating story, a good time filler. Alas, I am dissappointed that I can go no further at this point. I would very much like to find out how Reese and Lizzie deal with all the manipulating family issues, the former lovers that won't let go, the discovery of the "play room" and of course, if they become parents. I hope that the author continues this book quickly, because I am looking foward to continue reading it. Enjoy!

I love everything about it. I love Lizzy and Reese relationship so much. They are perfect for each other and balance each other out. Lizzy isn’t afraid of Reese’s family or his past and faces everything head on. From the moment Reese saw Lizzy you can tell he fell head over heels in love with her. I love how we get to see how Savannah, Roman and the twins are. Absolutely recommend reading the first book. The second is just as good if not better than the first

Just as in love with this book as the first one! So far, it's the perfect follow up, focusing on Lizzie and Reese while still resolving some unfinished parts of Savannah and Roman's story. Lizzie and Reese's complicated reunion perfectly captures the complexity of their relationship and their individual situations. Lizzie's own situation with her parents complicates her perspective of Savannah's grief in the most relatable way while giving her mature wisdom about love and relationships. Unfortunately, it also clouds her understanding of grief, getting in the way of her ability to be supportive of Savannah.

I really feel for Savanna. People deal with grief in different ways, and it must have been very painful for her to be the last person to hear about her mum’s passing. She had only just started rebuilding a relationship with her mother, and then she lost her. That kind of hurt can make anyone feel confused and overwhelmed. At the same time, I understand where Lizzie is coming from. Savanna seems to be holding on to the tension, and sometimes it feels like she isn’t thinking about how her actions affect Roman. He doesn’t deserve that, especially after everything he has done to keep her and the children safe. He has sacrificed a lot, even damaging his own relationship with his father, just to make sure Savanna is protected and happy. I really hope Savanna can see that and treat Roman with the respect he deserves.
