But how can our boss remember about the great sex he had with the PA and not remember who got close to him to spike his drink that night??? A little disappointed on how the book ended since it didn’t start to get really good until the end. Don’t get me wrong the sex, was something else… Did he get to meet his son? Did he move to Connecticut? Did they end up together? Did he confront Katherine about the text message and did he end his engagement to her? Did they put their ego aside and realize that they loved each other and have an amazing son. Wanted more!! Love how Anthony was totally honest with him and didn’t hold back. Really enjoyed reading it.

This book is engaging and entertaining, even if parts of the plot are a little predictable. The main character is genuinely endearing in her shyness and in the deep love she shows for her ailing mother, which makes her easy to root for. I do hope the relationship between the main characters will become clearer soon, beyond the steamy scenes — I’m starting to grow a bit tired of the constant use of “Mister Knight” as a form of address. That said, I’m very curious to see how the storyline surrounding Alexander’s poisoning will continue to unfold.

So far I am enjoying this novel. I like how it shows the length a child will go to to protect their family. I don't really like how that nasty ex just showed up and started causing trouble from the beginning. Lucian and Anna seemed happy without that bitch sticking her nose in the middle of it. It is still kind of early on in the novel, so let us see where Lucian and Anna will end up
