I'm only about half way through so all I can say is that the story line itself isn't bad but it is glaringly obvious that no one edited this book. Sure, a spell check was run but there are too many wrong words throughout each chapter to just look over them as it's a new author/editor that missed one here or there... SO if that is a deal breaker for you and your literary enjoyment, maybe this isn't the book for you. If you can deal with that and read around it, then you will enjoy this book with its power struggles, sexual tension and both main characters unending stubborness....now to see what happens once Maria is introduced to Corey.....

Great story, recommend for those that doesn't just want heavy sexual content but are intrigued by the build up! Good character building and i like that you jump between pov as it gave more depth to it all. World building was good and easy to follow, not to much details but enough to be dreamy. Some repetitive thoughts here and there that I think could have been shorten down or removed form both characters pov as we saw where it was going. But a 9/10 recommend 😊

The vampire king’s captive is a very good read. Really enjoying how the plot is revealed. I don’t know why Maria can not realize more that the people shes killed should carry retribution. The way her and Bran are both so attracted to each other yet horrified by it: their sexual energy and the way Bran is able to control himself while being really protective towards her. Only half way through but am very excited to read each chapter

Ya know I love love love me dark romance and dark fantasy specifically high fantasy magic and such though I am still a sucker for reality based fantasy with the billionaire mafia man style troupe it adds and aire of spice before the real spice that give the plot some fun originality spots for the author to run wild with their vision. So off the bat I knew this title might be adjacent to my guilty pleasure reads I normally get into but probably would scratch the itch I needed for a good little naughty story. So far I’m enjoying this read and look forward to seeing where the story goes from here

It’s a fairly good book if the author is a beginner. Overly repetitive, a lot of unnecessary scenes, many illogical characters, and most of all there was ABSOLUTELY NO NEED FOR A FOURTH BOO!!!. Some books keep you wanting more even after a good ending, this was not one of them. Book 3 ended well, and that should have been it. I stopped reading after the first page of book four cause I didn’t think it necessary to continue reading. Maybe I’ll continue it in the very distant future. It’s still a fairly good read, hence my 5/5 rating, however, everyone has their preferences, this is just my personal opinion. You may enjoy it more than I did.

I really don’t know what to say but it is a great novel and I hope to see more like it in the future. Also I love every book on this app especially the bdsm and captive ones they just captive my attention in a way no other book, novel, tv show, or movie can. Unfortunately I still have to watch ads which is a little annoying but at least I really don’t have to pay for anything. Also I feel we show be giving more coins.

This was an amazing story that captivated me from basically the first word. Everything in it was a masterpiece. The characters, the character developments, the world building. Whenever I told myself that I would just finish a chapter, and get back to it later, I had absolutely no resolve to do it. Any and all cliffhangers kept me pushing on and not be able to think of anything else. You did an amazing job, and I cannot wait to read another story of yours.

A page turner for sure. Nice smooth POV changes that make you feel connected to both the FL and ML which adds to your involvement in their story. You’ll want to keep reading (and watching ads) to see how their relationship will progress in each chapter. Good amount of spice, but you will have to wait for more than half of the novel for it. Leaves you wanting another novel following the ML BFF, will have to see if that exists. All around, nicely done.

I was surprisingly into this book. I found myself just reading it because I wanted to know what happened. There were a few things that’s just didn’t make much sense and I feel like at the beginning a lot of the build up of the characters felt pretty forced, and it was hard to get into it, but I just looked past it and went with it. Overall it brought out a lot of emotions and ended up being very gripping!
