From Zero to Harvest: My Post-Apocalyptic Empire Reviews

I like it a lot! It's really cool to discover the world as Willow is discovering. I am intrigued by the worldbuilding, and I like the characters. Also loving that there's some more diversity on this app because most of the stories are about White characters...so having a story about an Asian woman is so nice. Some constructive criticism: exclamations in writing should be used a little more sparingly. If they're used for every other sentence, it takes away from the impact.

Some parts of this book is confusing but not enough to ruin the story line. It's refreshing actually and It's hard to put down. I haven't read any other story of this nature before. I consider it an experience to react with the main character to the different obstacles she faces. I find myself rooting for her to find her peace. I like that she is self sufficient and able to get hard things done.

I really truly enjoy this story. It has interesting plot, althougt it is getting a little big long, but I can't stop reading chapters one after another. Its funny parts push my face muscles to their limits as I'm constantly smiling while reading and bursting into laughter. Of course there are also sad parts that had left me sniffling a bit, but is also part of a good story. In the begining I didn't have any clues as to where it was situated (reflecting our reality), it took quite a while to figure out it was situated in the Orient (Chinalike I suppose). The only downside is that the names aren't consistent, so I sometimes loose track of who is speaking or being mentioned. This points to this story (in english for me) being a translation done by multiple translators patched together, which unfortunately leaves reader with the chalenge of making sense of it all and not getting completly lost.

I love this story so much. Please keep writing... I can't wait to see what happens to Willow once she goes to the Wastelands. Will she bring back even more planets not to mention a certain someone. Also would Adam and Vega make a great couple in the future? I can just imagine them trying and failing to stop Willows plans to make money while not giving away her secrets. Anyways this book is a must read on here. Keep it up author.

So creative and fun! The only challenges: some inconsistent timelines, and inconsistent names… I love this story takes place somewhere in China or east Asia. The cultural components, as well as the food and survival stories are fascinating! The story has some satisfying story arcs that come to decent conclusions… but there is obviously still more to the story. I’ll be looking for more stories from this author in this world or any others they want to create. Can’t wait to see what happens with Mad Biao and his sunflower, with Elias Frost, Adam, and of course Little Willow and her many adventures!

Love the novel the characters are very entertaining and likable. I would like a little more detail about them. but also the story is very different from what we have been experiencing with other and it makes it seem more interesting to see them in a different light than what they were originally thinking about and how they came to this particular situation in the first place. so i think it would be interesting to know what they were talking about.

This ist the best Story I found in alphanovel so far. Very nice to read. I am not interestet in sex or action. Just good storyline, nice background world, interesting and likeable charakters. It reminds me of Robinson Crusoe—every achievement has to be earned. And then there’s the issue with the mutations. Hopefully the story stays lighthearted and doesn’t get dragged out unnecessarily. I would like to know the author. So I could perhaps find more stories to my liking.

I enjoy this book. Hope it progress a little faster and Willow start growing her own vegetables. A little too much descriptions of little day to day interactions with buyers/sellers. Not enough actions. Would like to learn about her past and abilities sooner, since need to pay per chapter. Also, why author always using her full first and last name Willow Elmwood..... Doesn't make sense to me. Other way the story line is good and writing style is pretty decent.
