This novel was soooo good I need a next one!! It's cute, romantic, funny, adventurous, dangerous, etc. I like the story line and the spice is perfect. I love how each character falls for each other and they create a good ending😊 I read though this so fast lol. I guess I didn't realize how much I like the fantasy/romance books until now and I hope there will be a second book to this one! I know it would be great!

This book was great. The way it started was it lead you to want to keep reading to see what was going to happen. Then when you got to the middle you want to cobra so you would see if she was going to stay or go, because of how she was treated and then finally he started treating her right and now everything is the way it is supposed to be and they are happy and going to fry for another one or two.

It was a pretty good read, I didn't really like how violent Silas was towards Elora, almost killing her several times, if it wasn't for Mathias and Dragus stepping in, she probably would of been killed by Silas. I know it is just a fantasy book but if were real and I was in her shoes, after the second time of Silas nearly killing me, I would of left or I would of avoided him and only let the other two near me. But I get it, had to make it entertaining. And it was I just didn't like how violent it was. But overall a good read.

I love the dynamics of the characters, reading as the story unfolds, learning the history as to howeverythingcame about. You want her to escape but also to stay and fall in love. Can't help but get angry at times but that is what a good book does, it draws you in so you feel what the characters feel, rooting for them to make good, even though its fiction. I have enjoyed this book so much that I have read it three times.

So far this is a creative and sexy book. I have burst out laughing at times and have cried as well. The characters are well written. You become lost in the story. It definitely makes tugs at all your emotions. I love the fact that it's set in modern times and yet has an old world feel too it. Elora is a strong female character. You easily fall in love with her, and root for what she believes in. I would recommend this book in a heartbeat beat. One of the best stories I have read in a long time.

Loved this book! Wish there was a sequel. Love all the different types of creatures and the struggles so many faced… A little slow and repetitive in the beginning but pay attention, it will be important later. Takes you on a journey of sadness and despair through hope and love and centuries long feuds, with passionate and sometimes toxic love stories. Twists and turns, emotional highs and lows… Really loved this booked and got invested in the characters, even the ones you hate but want to see grow and change. Again, wish there was a sequel!

The love support was very romantic and lots of ups and downs. The the way the story kept going wasn't boring and the conflicts ruled right into the next without the story seemingly to long. Very cute could picture each character the words we as good at the story like. Very long I just live how it kept me interested. Sorry don't know what else to say about this book without giving away any details with love yip yip

Another typical Jessica story. Toxic love galore. As much hate Silas gets from the comments, people need to realize this is a fantasy. Yes it has real life issues and themes but it is not based on real life. It is fantasy. Dark fantasy. Enjoy it for what it is or move on. No one is forcing you to read it. If you don't like this theme, I don't think you will enjoy her other books. This is her writing style. Love it or leave it.
