I absolutely loved this novel! The only bad part is how I had to read the same ending of the chapter twice once in the first and again in the beginning of the next chapter. Also if the chapters had headings it would be nice! The story line was perfect it kept going and I loved the story line as well as the characters. Keep up the good work. I look forward to reading more stories just like this one. Cudoes goes to the author?

I loved this book. Lovely to read a book which introduces something new from what I have already read. The characters in this book are very interesting and you have a great insight into their personalities. This had a good mix of seriousness and humour. I did find myself chickling a little out loud from time to time. Love a bit of far complexity to a story. Would love it if you had a sequel to continue their mix race journey.

This was such a beautiful book. I hated how chapters were wasted on repeats of the previous chapter and I hope the author will edit it to remove that, but I still loved the story. Watching Lorien go from helpless and afraid to stepping into her true self — fierce, smart, kind. Auren was a complicated character: on the one hand, he kept hurting Lorien; on the other, he was fighting demons and didn’t know how to see past them. His personal growth was amazing to read. The twins are my favourite characters. They suffered so much but still had beautiful, kind hearts. I’m glad Lys got what she deserved. Lucen did well in the end but he was still deserved what he got in the end.
