I started reading these type of novels 2 years back but this novel(The way she burns for me) has become my favourite. All the characters,plot of the story is just fabulous and I loved it. And now I am reading this novel again and again. I just can't stop reading this. The way it's story started was just amazing. One become curious about reading the next chapter and knowing about what happened next. For all the new readers, I would suggest that you all must read this novel

The writing is evocative, painting the shadows of the mafia’s control and the flashing vulnerabilities of both heroine and guardian-figure with equal precision. What works particularly well is how the author never shies away from how complicated love can be when layered with past trauma, loyalty and fear. That said, the story asks you to sit with discomfort: the age-gap dynamic, the power imbalance and the feeling of inevitability around what is labelled “sinful” add weight to the romance. such a good book. honestly cannot wait for more chapters so come out. very intriguing and the tension held between both characters were lovely, it was almost liberating when it finally snapped. however, i wish that the plot could thicken enough to really make me feel it, i for sure thought the spy was going to end up being richard but i was so wrong. id recommend this book to practically anyone on this app, its a quick read that sucks you in soooo good.

This book has me on the edge of my seat. I really wish the author would reveal who the guy with the snake tattoo is. He's caused way too much damage to just be an anonymous character of sorts. And what did the initial mission entail?! I would've more of a back story early on to piece together how their paths crossed in the first place. Hopefully with the upcoming chapters I won't have to wait too long. Good read so far

This book got me so confused. I understand that both of her parents got killed in car accident. She does have a lil sister but I think shes adopted. Im not understanding how her and her mom sister got sexual feelings for one another, shes also young compared to her aunt. Besides that I actually like the cartel part and them being on the run. Since I started it I guess I'll finish but Im really not liking it
