This novel is juggling some very interesting but also heavy topics; abandonment issues, all the turbulent feelings it entails of being adopted (which in itself makes all the mentioned subjects related to that of being adopted), bullying, feelings of betrayal, hurt, personal growth, distancing yourself from a part of yourself that you are afraid of because it makes you different, feelings of being scared of loosing everything, love etc. I’ve never really read boy-boy-romance, not because I think anything negative about it, this is the first one that peeked my interest with the array of different subjects it contains and this is also the first one of this length that I’ve read. The latter being a good thing, since it allows for deeper and more picturesque descriptions of scenery, character personalities and the feelings they experience, and this author has done a really great job with this story. The novel is very well written with very few errors, both grammar and sentencing construction wise, and it’s very nice to read something where the before mentioned isn’t a distracting issues and doesn’t take away from the work the author put in it. The storyline is really interesting and everything both past and present scenery and characters are very well described and the characters are very lovable as well.

I absolutely loved this novel ! ! ! The way the writer describes the characters, I can close my eyes and I can see everything in my mind. 💖 💙the ups and downs of Cai' s life in the orphanage to what his life becomes is astounding! The way that his life and his friends and new family supports him and even later on with what happens with Ash. Wow I need people like that in my life. This is a novel I have read several times already and I love it more and more each time. Although there are a few chapters that got me reaching for the tissues, it just made it more worthwhile. 💖 💙

Only half way through and totally captive, these characters come to life and burrow into your soul. The love shown is absolutely amazing. One of the most well written books I have come across on this app. The author makes you feel like your apart of their lives, you will laugh with them, cry with them, and be mad for them. I can not wait to see where this goes and what happens next. Totally worth using coins to read.

As always, you are an incredible author and Im amazed and in love with one more book. The plot is good, the feelings intense, the writing beautiful and the caracters super well constructed. I relate so mutch with the main caracter in every moment and immediately fell in love with him. I am loving this book and it is worth every coin I spend on it, keep going with the amazing work and I cant wait to read more of your books!

I love the character's emotions and personality in the novel. The insight to their relationships with each other shows compassion, something I love in a novel. I enjoy reading the struggles the main character faces because it makes the character more human and easier to sympathize with. I loved the interactions between the main couple but feel as if most of their problems would have been fixed if they communicated more. While the length of the novel is longer compared to others, it was still fun to read.

I really love the story so far! It’s really well written and the dialogue is very organic. I have been sucked in by this lonely boy who so desperately wants to feel safe and loved unconditionally but doesn’t think he deserves it. I’m incredibly impressed with the author’s ability to make me feel both the frustration that his loved ones experience trying to get him to open up AND the intense fear and apprehension Caí has about risking what he sees as a very fragile happiness.

Well written from the beginning to end whether punctuation or just how easy it is to read. It well though out and you get to see how each character is and how they come to play with each other and the main character. So job well done!!Definitely will have to read again. That’s how good it is. Thanks again for sharing your story/ novel and I would read more and recommend to others for future novel to you plan to share or recommend as well.

A história é muito profundas, emotiva e intenso. Relata dois temas que para muitas pessoas são difíceis de falar abertamente. A autora consegue fazer com que cada palavra consiga tocar um ponto dentro de nós e trazer ao de cima muita emoção. A escrita é deveras cativante, sendo que por vezes um pouco descritivo acabando por enrolar um pouco a desenvolvimento da história. Adoro todas as personagens e espero que a autora escreve sobre cada um deles. Um livro muito interessante e recomenda-se.

I love this story. It's real, people feel this way all the time and the support that he has is amazing! I look forward to reading further in, and I hope for the best in his "coming out"!! I love the almost "dumb" love that I feel the two boys have, I like you but I don't want you to know, it is cute! I do hope he let's people in more a.d goes and meets his bio mom he doesn't have to change his ways just meet her

Oh my goodness. If only us humans could just communicate openly with our loved ones, how different all of our lives would be!? With each new chapter I am screaming at Asher and Cailen to spit it out already! Easier said than done as always though. I know that I have had my fair share of silent feelings towards others. Mostly unrequited however. Here these boys could have so much if they could just speak to each other. I am desperately hoping that one of them cracks soon!
