It’s pretty good so far. My heart goes out to Cailen. After years of being thrown back into the orphanage, he finally has his family. It’s what he has dreamed of since he was a wee boy. Alas, he still feels he can’t be his true self with them. Even after being part of the family for years he feels he will let them down and lose them if he tells them about his sexuality preference. Even his friends seem to know and try to get him to open up about it. But he’s very afraid of losing everybody.

The book is really well written. I've got emotional every so often. It's not the only book I've read from Addie Bell, bit it's an outstanding one, rather real than fantasy, like the others. I honestly don't know, how she can write about all the struggles so understandably, but it really touched me. I congratulate to her and I wish, she would be recognized in a broader circle, because she deserves it. I can't wait to see/read her other masterpieces.

Love, love the story so far do wish we got more childhood moments as them all as a friend group. And more teen moments before we jumped into adulthood. I do like how they were able to resolve the conflict of him, leaving after he just confessed his love to him. Wish we had gotten more point of view from other people, but I do get that this is his story so that makes sense. Also, sometimes the chapter are long, but there’s nothing going on in it for real.

I love love love this novel! It is so cute and angsty at the same time and those are my two favorite things when it comes to stories. Also, it’s about 2 mutually pining gay boys that are too dense to notice the other’s feelings. How could you not love it? Plus, the characters are relatable and all the interactions and relationships throughout are very realistic. TLDR; This book is really gay and I love it. Go read it if you like gay stuff.

I’m sitting here in bed eating my Mcnuggies and sipping on a caramel frapp (8months pregnant) and What can I say about this book so far so frikn good it made me cry and literally laugh but the story line is picking up and waiting to see how it unfolds I’m really REAAAALLLY rooting for Asher and Caí!! But all the hurt that cai has been going through is just ugh it pains me because I know in real life children go through this and it breaks my heart even more call me emotionally unstable because of the extra hormones of pregnancy but I can help it to love this book 📚 so keep up the good work and ok I’m going back to read Asher is drunk and I’m wondering what shall happen ……

I would buy the physical copy of this in a heartbeat. The characters are lifelike and the slow storybuilding is great and makes sense with the amount of trauma going on for our main character. It's definitely a slowburn but done in such a way that you can't help but love it. The love between Cailens family and friends is so beautifully written, I can really feel it in every word. I can't wait to keep reading each time to see what these silly boys get up too and how Cailen manages his demons❤

It was amazing and unique and well written. The author takes you on a journey you won't soon forget. Between all the twists and turns you finally get the happily ever after that everyone always wishes for. I would definitely re-read this story! It's that good! I absolutely loved it! I am glad I decided to take a chance on this story because it was absolutely one hundred percent worth the read and let no questions unanswered. It's one of the best stories I've read on this app so far!

And to just think the attitude of others still are in the closet. I to was afraid to come out just because of my mom, and brother. They never found out that I am bi. And still my brother still says that " mom never raised us like that". After all he was ( while I was in 5 grade) there with me when another student told me that if I didn't agree with her that I would be forced to eat her put, 1+1=3 . I knew bet tree r
