The Mage's Heart Reviews

I re-read this book, at least, once a month. It’s so wholesome and heartwarming. The plot is great, the adventures are gripping, the humour is subtle but fantastic. I love Rivyn and Sirion’s relationship and how they progressed from a fragile tolerance (mostly because Sirion is a saint) to a love that would literally tear cities and castles down for each other. The ending was lovely too. I’d love to read the same story but for Rivyn’s POV 😍

The story of a Fae prince and a half siren finding eachother amidst all odds. It captures the heart. It keeps you want to come back and desiring to know every single detail in this story and how it will conclude. I I only wish each chapter to be longer and to have revealed more detail. As it also felt rushed. However i do love this story. it's flow went well from chapter to chapter. The storyline well played out. I highly recommend

Although a shorter novel than the Triquetra series, it is full of magical imagery. Well written with enough attention to detail, with enough well-crafted imagination, that even the most fantastical events are convincing. The princely mage is sensual and alluring and yet decisive when he has to be. Although Siorin is new to the brethren world she is exposed to, she faces these new experiences and challenges with a mix of common sense and goodness. Their passion doesn't have to be explicit to be convincingly sensual and arousing.

Love love love, so well written and flowing covering so many aspects and never a dull moment just loved reading couldn't put it down. Would recommend this book to anyone in love with fiction and folklore, the storyline was so captivating and engaging, descriptive painting a story scape I have never experienced, I will be looking for more books from this writer. The development of the main character was just amazing I didn't want this to end, it was just fabulous.

Nice and easy to read novel. More details and description could have been even better to imagine the world better. Perhaps even a map of this fantasy worId... More details on the characters feelings. It felt it comes to conclusions very fast. I would have like Lengthy description overall. I would not mind to read more about Siorin and Ryvern, perhaps about their future adventures together as a family and as part of the fae court, see how Siorin is settling to her new world.

This was actually such a a cute a lovely story, I loved everything about it, the language just enhanced the immersion into the story, as well as the descriptive words used. I also appreciated how inexpensive with the coins it was I don't believe it ever went over 60 if my my memory serves me correctly which is also what makes everything so amazing. The adventures they went on were very fun and interesting. Thank you very much for this amazing story

This story had a great storyline and I liked that it wasn’t all about sex. It has a few grammatical errors that can throw you off here and there. It also felt a little odd to end the novel with her pregnant. I hope there is a second novel thats goes into the story of the brother and his life. It could also include staying true to their word and help the dragon find his true love. Thank you

Wow, I am so glad I stuck with this novel. I found it a slow burner and struggled to get into it at first.. I really enjoyed how it unfolded, the first meeting, the friendships, the chemistry, the quests everything. I might have to reread it, now I know the ending, I'll be able to understand the clues all the way through. I'd love to read a book from the Twin brother's quest and journey and to know if promises was made good like the dragon finding his mate finally.. brilliant read, thoroughly enjoyed..

It was a good read and I’m glad that I took the time to finish it. The twist at the end that he never lost his magic was well played and the description of the rule of three was also a nice touch as it was hinted at thoroughly throughout the novel and I was delightfully satisfied when the explanation was revealed. I also liked the design of the characteristics given to the dragons or rather dragon but the fact that they won’t stay out late because of the worry for their hoard had me laughing as well as the quip about bringing the dead back just to kill them again was very hilarious in my opinion
