I love the storyline, it's exciting and has many twists and turns to keep you interested! So far a favorite. I look forward to reading the second book,hopefully there is one.If you like a little mystery, love,a little sexual and surprises along with a hint of supernatural this will make an interesting read!Don't hesitate. I tend to get bored easily if a book drags on.I didn't have any issues with boredom. I could hardly wait to read each new chapter to see the turns it would take. LOVED IT!

It was really sweet story. I appreciate how it wasn’t predictable. There were times that it felt rushed and points that were drug out a bit. The flow could have been better but the overall story was great. The character Simon seemed like there would be more to his part of the story. I think it would have been smoother if the POV of each character was more balanced throughout, though I understand the need to develop Katarina first.

Be warned this book leaves you hooked!! I always can’t wait until I get more coins and when I do I head straight to this book. It’s so beautifully put together with the best story line. I haven’t read a book quite like it. I also never know what’s to happen next. My favorite is the personalities of the characters and how they are all drastically different from each other. Also the emotions that are portrayed are strong.

This story has really brought every single emotion out of me. To go through the trials and tribulations of Katarinas death and awakening was like a roller coaster experience. Just when I thought I had the story figured out I was wrong. At first, I couldn't stand Henri for what he has done to Katarina and then the story took a turn. I ended up loving Henri and Katarina and my heart was torn with the unexpected turn of events. I think that is why I love this story so much. It's not the typical story that I seem to always come across.

Love this book so much and I can't put it down. I would love to read more stories along the lines of this book. I hope there are more to this series. Katarina is a strong heroin and I wish her and Prince Simon could find a live story to finish up this book. Even if they don't not, she still deserves a happy ending with the love of her life. Please continue to write more along these lines with a fantasy background.

I’ve enjoyed it. I like second chance stories, especially when villains get what they deserve. The plotting and scheming is fun, but I really enjoy the main character’s personality change. Her decisions are controversial and I can’t help but be torn about whether or not I can get root for her. I was pleasantly surprised that the character relationships are more complex than I anticipated, which makes it easier to get sucked in. I’m so eager to see what happens next and how the rest of the story unfolds. I hope there’s another installment soon!

So far the book is going well but hope it keeps on showing the queen been strong. Also hope she gets pregnant. I'm enjoying the book so far just hope that the chapters are complete. It's not nice to wait for so long for chapters to be updated. Hope the book also have a wonderfull ending. The queen needs to keep up her appearance and show she can be a good queen and a queen for the people and not revenge only. I also wish she had some supernatural powers to help the kingdom and showing her true potential as a queen of a kingdom with super powers. The king always loved the queen but his always cold. Hope he totally falls in love with her and she also falls in love with him so that it can work out between them. Like a real romantic novel, but for now I can read that the queen will take the king down with her revenge plan. She has it all figured out with the fact that she killed the queen mother. She is really brave as well is showing her strength slowly. Now it makes me wonder what she had plan for the concubine. She needs to deal with her before the king decide to send her back to her home. She needs to be tough a lesson that she will never forget.

Absolutely obsessed with this book! Love the idea of the story and it’s written so nicely. Definitely recommend it it’s such a good read. All the characters are well written and have their own motives and characteristics. Really enjoy the main characters and the plot twists that happen. Really good pacing and the chapters leave you wanting more! Would love to read this as a physical book fully buffed out I can definitely see it having a huge fan base

I like this novel a lot. I don't think henri deserves her and his mistress should get what's she deserves and everybody finds out what she is really like. I hope that Kate and Simon will get together and henri finds out what his mistress is like and he regret how he treated Kate. But he also figures out he should have loved her when he had her. And Kate finds away to help her people and henri see how good a Queen she is and Sophia gets send back to her country ❤
