i’m literally loving this idk.. at first it was something but now it’s everything 😩😩i’m praying they stay together after the contract because whew😭😩i couldn’t handle her not giving into him and him being so cruel and crazy but now that she expressed her feelings it’s like we’ve entered another universe😭. i’m gonna give my props to the arthur because they have me at the edge of my seat and i’m no where near the ending😭😩

This has probably been one of the most intense novels I've ever read with concerns to a dom/sub dynamic. Probably because I usually stay between vanilla and BDSM. But the writing flows so nicely, that although there are some elements of shock I'm left curious of what's to happen next. Somehow I think this story gives abit of Beauty and The Beast. Where the Beauty Violet is slowly taming the Beast Damon. Damon started out quite hard and even barbaric. To the point where I saw no end in sight to his very savage behavior. Violet's reaction was also so naive. But what else can you expect from a 18yr old, with no sort of experience to compare right from wrong. She's definetly giving "moth to the flame". I'm very intrigued in finding out if their story will end in a "happily ever after". With somuch factors at play and alot of potential risks judging from the world they reside in, I'm sure at some point someone will be in danger just because of their connection to one another. They do come from complete different worlds after all. It does frustrate me though that they are completely lacking in the communication department. So I'm hoping it doesn't take drastic events to happen to make them see howmuch they actually mean to one another.

I absolutely love this book. The characters are great. Damon is exactly how I imagine a dom to be. I love violet and how he cares for her too. Just such a nice story to read. Almost finished in a week or so highly recommended this book. Definitely worth reading it definitely a good Mafia book. Just love Damon. Looking forward to how it ends and how violet ends up. Gre

**Edit to add** once again AFlyingWhale surpassed my hopes and expectations for this novel. I wasn't sure at first but I'm so glad I kept going, it was a beautiful love story that I can read over and over again. I'm not sure how I feel about what I've read so far, I'm hopeful that the story gets better. I really loved 3 of the other novels I've read from the same author. 2 of the other books were terrible endings, so I am very hopeful this story gets better. I don't mind sticking to it because through the alphanovel app I can read the chapters by go through the ads, so that's a big plus for continuing to read it.

Couldn't put this book down. The plot had everytime an unexpected twist. Loved it!!! Fairytale mafia turned good guy. Love always win. Dylan's turn around to supporting his sister was grat. Glad that Damon was not the regular mafia boss without emotions, he atleast showed some love and emotion. Grammer and spelling was better than most books. Repitician, understandable due to every point of view of each caracter but annoying sometimes. The harsh playroom scenes .... not really nice to me personally.

I am finally getting into this story now that they both seem to be getting along and I really am hoping for a happy ending I won’t lie ! She seems like a really sweet girl with a good family that just had bad luck and I’m hoping with the money that their luck changes , hope he finally realises he has a heart in there and can change his ways and treat people with more respect and find happiness

When Damon first spotted Violet I was like oh shit another one bites the dust. Because he's the devil himself and oh poor Violet she's so naive and innocent. They are like night and day..but no sooner and she started falling for the devil and his games. At first she's in for the money and her family but the second time around looks like she likes taking a walk on the wild side .Damon is just as effected as her because she brings out a side hrs forgotten about . I just hope they get a happy ever after
