Loved this story! The crazy twists and turns of love kept me turning each page with anticipation, hope, hatred, disbelief , continual head shaking and thankful that it had the heartfelt ending that it did! Strong characters were needed plus it helped that one of them was super rich. So glad to see the villains actually got their punishment and that Dante’s mom was a smart, strong and conniving woman to endure all that she had endured in her life. Romance and happy endings! Life is good 😌

I was bored with the story i was reading and this one popped up at suggested books to read, so i thought i will give it a try. And i am still reading up to this point haha. Great storyline, love the characters and am very curious how the rest of the story will go from this point on. I love the exciting developments, the emotional parts (only the third book at this app that had my crying) the fun and banter.

So far, definitely enjoying the book. It’s going at a nice pace. Making me wanna keep reading keeping my interest. Love the characters in the storyline and cannot wait to see how it ends. It does have you going back-and-forth between CNN man and Stone cold and then seeing him soft and vulnerable. I would definitively recommend this book to anyone who is interested in this genre. If you get a chance, I would suggest reading it cannot wait till I finish. I just finished the book and I found myself come out waiting impatiently to earn more points to go into the next chapters. So glad it ended the way that it did finally happy.

So far this has been a very engaging story with the two protagonists forced into proximity after initially “hating” each other. I like the characters and learning more about them. Cinnamon (a great name) is feisty and independent, but carrying much stress and trauma. Dante also has a great deal of trauma and appears cold and austere at first, but shows himself to be quite warm and caring. I’m excited to find out what happens with the ex finance/brother Marcus and when they discover both their dads died in the same crash.

This is one of the best stories I've read in a long while. I love the characters and that they are lovable and loved though they are flawed and human. Like most of us, they are trying to do the best they can at the moment. I also like that when they try to fix things they don't always get it right. Thank you Lana Steele for an engaging fictional love story that does what only well written fiction can do: reveal the truth about real life's choices and results.

I’m hooked, can’t stop reading! Lots of twist and turns! Imagery is breath taking, a love story we all dreamed of! I am anticipating the secrets not revealed yet. Who is Thessa? Is Dove attracted to Tate? Mostly what’s the real plan for Meadowbrook? How will Ms Wealth’s health affect their relationship? I’m worried,will Cinnamon and Dante relationship be tossed aside now or can they survive this situation? I’m sure Marcus isn’t done yet! ANTICIPATION!

I am thoroughly enjoying this novel. Although at this point, I’ve only read half of it. I find it hard to put down. The characters are well developed and stay true to form even when changing their mind processes. You understand why they do what they do and how they change and develop throughout the story. I’m looking forward to reading the second half of the story. And feel confident that it will be just as enthralling as the first half.
