Review after half of the novel

Although well written, some terms were repetitive. Some chapters especially Braxtons’ could’ve been longer, more information about specific events could have enhanced the story, like having a conversation with her parents while in hospital. The initial law suit wasn’t realistic but fun to read, I think in future all events need to be actually what happens in the real world to help with making the story feel more real, than a fictional romance story you can find anywhere.

Not sure I can write 80 words but will try. This was an interesting story of love. It wasn't anything profound. Pretty simple in many ways. Read like a B Movie. I wanted Julia to be more empowered by Braxton's love. Wanted her to be more active in deciding her life once she realized her worth to herself. Going back to her husband the second time seemed unrealistic. Why wouldn't she have gotten her own apartment and divorced him. Why did she think she needed to live with him again. Maybe being a martyr was all she could visualize. But that wouldn't have set up the ending. The author must have thought that would be more exciting. And of course it was a story and most stories really don't reflect real life anyway.

I love a good romance novel but this one was amazingly great. I enjoyed reading every chapter. I was so intrigued couldn’t wait to find out what happened next. It was hard to stop until it fell out of my hands and fell asleep reading. This book had class and not full of drama. I could easily lose track of time reading it as I did many times for me that was a true sign of a good book.

Good writing. It kept my interest and wanting to know how this ends. The characters were interesting. I do wish there was more with the law suit and having Julia state her truth, Jeff had major issues. Kept guessing. But in the end I'm happy when a story has an epilogue of how life ends up. Again good story line, definitely a fantasy. I can't wait to read it again, without waiting for the daily coins.

One Week with the Billionaire follows an unexpected romance that begins with a temporary arrangement between two very different individuals. What starts as a practical, time-bound relationship slowly deepens as emotions grow stronger and more complicated. The story unfolds with tension, passion, and surprising twists that keep the reader engaged, revealing hidden vulnerabilities behind wealth and independence. As the characters confront their pasts and fears, their connection becomes more genuine and intense. By the end, the novel delivers a satisfying and emotional conclusion, blending romance and drama, while reminding readers that even the most unlikely relationships can lead to meaningful love.

So far it’s interesting to say the least. I am surprised by the fact that Julia is still so devoted to her disgusting husband. Even if Braxton wasn’t rich he shows her so much care, love and concern then her raggedy husband would ever. If I were her there’s no way on earth I would allow myself to return to that mundane existence. I would be doing all that I could to make sure that I would never have to leave Braxton’s side

I love the novel if Jeff was my husband I would have kicked him out long ago, he is a slimeball. I love Braxton to Julia everything she never seen before, even if she doesn't choose Braxton I'm on his side and hope she just leave Jeff for being an asshole. I don't think she has to be worried about her parents, if she tells them how Jeff been treating her, I think they would understand if she divorce him. I'm so happy that Julia and Braxton are together ❤️

Review after half of the novel

I like the storyline, it does feel like a Japanese story that's been translated. It's quite unfeasible, but I don't mind the suspense of reality. I feel for Julia's character, but she is seriously lacking the knowledge to make informed choices and Braxton has that knowledge but isn't sharing it. I often find this sort of storyline frustrating (I'm aware that's it written like this on purpose), but as an autistic person I am blunt and can deal with things, so I would rather be given all the information so I could decide well.
