The roar of the jet engines faded into a dull thrum as Gu Huo unbuckled his seatbelt. Ten long years had passed since he last stepped foot on Chinese soil , he was back from the USA after managing the GU family company but had to called back by his grandfather due to his ill health.

Butler Yan was already waiting for him beside a black ferrarri spider and with an umbrella, Yan isn't just a staff but he was the one who took care of Guo Huo when he was little and after the death of his parents before his grandfather decided to send him away to the USA.

Butler Yan moved toward Guo Huo as he descended down the private jet “ young master Gu it's good to see you are back after all this years"

Butler Yan open the back door of the Ferrari and Gu Huo got in, once GU Huo was seated, Butler Yan spoke “ your old man want you to go straight to the GU mansion before visiting him at the hospital.”

As they navigated the bustling streets, Yan pulled over abruptly. "I saw a vendor selling steamed buns," he said, a hint of amusement in his voice. "I thought you might like some."

Gu Huo was just seated in the car feeling that same feeling he felt last ten years ago before he left China, Gu poured himself a glass of fruit juice to relieve that feeling.

Butler Yan came back to the car and passing the steamed buns over to Gu Huo, "Butler Yan I guess China is didn't change too much, the steam buns are still delicious as I remember"

Gu Huo spoke mouthful, while butler Yan continue driving toward the Gu mansion.

Meanwhile,in another part of the city.

Jiang Nian just got out of a heated argument with her step sister Jiang Er and her stepmother Jiang shouyi, she needed some money for her grandmother hospital bills and was denied but when she decided to sell some of their father property that the situation was blow out of proportion and started a heated argument. Unfortunately she couldn't stay long as she had a scene to act tomorrow.

Other than dealing with a own set of problem, Jiang Nian was once a renowned Actress and paying her grandmother medical bills will be a breeze but three years ago things took a negative turn. Her and crew was involved in a tragic accident in which she was the only survivor and had to fork out huge sum for compensation the families involves by selling all her brand and clothing line until she was left pennyless, while also going through this tough time her label offloaded her and getting a supporting movie role was harder. While everthing took a negative turn she met her long time friend Lin Qian who volunteer to become her manager and they current was working to secure the role as a stunt actress of the movie "the rush”

Just when she thought her day couldn't become anybad, She walked into her apartment undresseding her gown and went to the bathroom. Only to meet a call from Lin Qian Jiang Nian “ I just got words that they dropped you as their stunt actress for the movie and while asking around i was told it was Jiang Er who pulled the string behind the scence. Plus nobody is willing to against her as she is about to bevengaged to Chu Yang of the Chu multi billionaire company…. Maybe just get ready for tomorrow night we would be trying to convince director Mo of the movie to put you back..”

Even without Lin Qian suggestion she knew she was at a crossroads now, she knew she had to convince the director of "The Rush" to give her another chance, and she was determined to do just that.

Back at the Gu Mansion,

Gu Huo reach the Gu Mansion where he grew up,The imposing iron gates of the Gu mansion creaked open, revealing a familiar landscape that seemed frozen in time revealing the grand structure, once a haven of childhood laughter.

Butler Yan, his face etched with a lifetime of loyal service, retrieved Guo Huo's luggage “ young master the old man always boast of you on how you lead the Gu company to become billionaire one espically in unfamiliar ground while this this old man remains stagnant in china.”

The maid was already lined up waiting for the young master of the Gu family, Gu Huo walked into the Mansion while butler Yan followed behind signaling the maids to all go back to your duties.

Walking into his room it was still the same as he left it then he which promp him to give a question looks at butler Yan who immediately understood and spoke

Trying to relieve this moment Gu Huo went to the refrigerator and poured himself a glass of orange juice glancing around while taking a sip . This room use to be a safe haven for him when he was little boy and would play with his grandfather around the bed.

He then proceeded to removed his suit and fold it into the laundry bin before walking toward the bathroo and by the time he was done, he found a table of snacks already been set by his bed and couldn't help but sight softly " butler Yan all this years you still new what I like or is it that I never changed.

Gu Huo went to his closet to pick his pajamas, all the pajamas was in color black he only had some white inner wear which he wears on suit. Gu Huo was always a fan of black since he was little he even earned the name batman from his parent because his choice of colour, putting the thought aside. He sat down devouring the steam bun and it was made eactly how he loved it with little honey and a lot of milk and in no time the table was wipe cleaned by Gu Huo.

Gu Huo woke up and freshen up. Gu Huo immediately change into a black track suit he look like a famous celebrity, Gu Huo woke up as early as six in the morning not because he was a early riser which he was but because of his grandfather hated tardiness and has etched it onto his mind.

As Gu Huo stepped into the garage, the soft glow of the fluorescent lights above illuminated his chiseled features, accentuating the sharp jawline and piercing eyes that seemed to bore into those he met. His raven-black hair was perfectly styled, not a single strand out of place, and his black track suit hugged his athletic physique in all the right places. He exuded an aura of quiet confidence, the kind that commanded respect without demanding it.

Butler Yan, who had been waiting patiently beside the sleek, black Rolls-Royce, nodded respectfully as Gu Huo approached. "Good morning, young master," he said, his voice low and soothing. "I've taken the liberty of having the car ready for you. Shall we proceed?"

Gu Huo's gaze swept over the luxurious vehicle, his expression unreadable. For a moment, it seemed as though he was considering Butler Yan's suggestion. Then, his eyes narrowed slightly, and he spoke in a low, even tone. "The Rolls-Royce would carry a lot of attention. You can take me out with the black sedan at the edge of the garage."

Butler Yan's expression didn't falter, but a flicker of surprise danced in his eyes. He nodded respectfully, however, and gestured toward the sedan. "As you wish, young master. Please, allow me to drive you."

Butler Yan chuckled as he led Gu Huo to the black sedan waiting outside the garage. "The sedan is outside, your old man said I should test you to see whether you have changed, but I guess he would be disappointed." Gu Huo slid into the car, and Butler Yan started the engine.

"Where is the hospital located?" Gu Huo asked, breaking the silence.

"Old Man Gu said that all those expensive ‘ hotels’ are boring, and if he's kept there, he would lose his consciousness. So, we admitted him at Long Hospital. We also purchased it from the Long family," Butler Yan replied.

Gu Huo glanced at his wristwatch, and the car fell silent once again. Thirty minutes passed, and Butler Yan parked the car. "We're here, Young Master," he said, opening the door for Gu Huo.
