Great details , I heard and felt everything but so sad it’s the end.. I’m hoping to see what happens next with Zane and Suzanne . Please next time don’t release the novel until it’s finished I hate being left hanging at least end with she’s pregnant and then write a whole other novel about giving birth and starting a family . I’m wondering if Xavier ends up being a good partner or if he tries to takeover Zane’s territory even though Zane helped him out with the fight as well.. 🤔

I am enjoying the story. There are multiple story lines going on and it keeps the reader’s attention. The steamy segments are just graphic enough. The issue I take is the continuing use of negative adjectives. Descriptions of feelings that would ordinarily be pleasurable or given as the opposite. Terms such as destroyed, ruined, demolished, wrecked, etc. are used in scenes of intense sexual activity. The chapters are named as such too. Giving the impression that something bad is about to happen. Words are so powerful, use them carefully!

It's got me captivated so far. I wish there was more so I patiently wait for new chapters to be uploaded. Something about a bad boy gets a girl every time. I would recommend this story for anyone looking for a dark and dangerous love ❤️ 😍 I would like to see more of her life outside of him. What is she really like when not around him. Its all focused on their break and fast forward to they see each other again. What was she without him

I definitely like the trail of bodies but something is still off it feels like there is an inside person waiting to be a bigger man in the spotlight a promotion that everyone except him knows won't happen just a fly getting Intel maybe a relativel it would break Zane if it's someone close to him . I also think the cop is bad too . My last thought is the one Zane is thinking he's helping is holding back a secret one that can and will rock Zane to the core and that is the cartel knows about Suzanne that they are plotting and will come for her they will make a big show of it by chaining up beating her then do what they do to all the women. I believe while Zane is fighting the cartel the lady who has done so much evil tells Zane to look out for her sister goes in to get Susanne but she gets hit trying and doesn't make it . If Zane's rival on the other side of the city is smart he will team up with Zane they both will come out alive but definitely banged up you know no one can come out clean . I hopel he didn't give up to much I tell and Zane stays ahead of everything including passcode that the windows in the office are bulletproof and if not a safe room is is behide a wall hidden from view and at the hideaway house where Suzanne is . If anyone finds out the mafia hired hand / girl is there then hands down it will not look good for the rival standing in Zane's office right now he would have to keep him alive long enough to use his Intel .

Since I have only made it a little ways into ' Fire and Gold ' my review may change - - but I sincerely doubt it. From what little I have read so far, I can already tell that this book is going to be good! It is descriptively well-written, and chock-full of intrigue, excitement, allure, romance, desire and steam 🥰 I can honestly say that I can hardly wait to see what else is to come!!
