Interesting story line & plot twist. Would’ve been helpful to have characters have distinctive names. Especially, secondary characters such as Claire and Clara who are introduced multiple chapters apart increasing readers confusion as to who exactly they are. Also, several grammar errors which refer to males as she and vice versa, females referred to as he-resolved with proof editing. Additionally, several times the newborn baby had unrealistic characterizations such being a few days old but described as sitting in high chairs to be fed. By definition a newborn is less than 28 days old. A chapter later, this newborn baby (few days old) was on the floor playing with building blocks and knocking them over. While I appreciate the attempt to add more depth to the character it is preposterous to think that a newborn could do this feat. Publisher must obviously either pay the author per the number of words in the book and/or encouraged the author to write multiple POV’s which, especially at the end, was very tedious and boring to read and detracted from the book.

This novel is so compelling that I want to continue reading right to the end. The characters are well developed and believable. I’m hoping that Anderson figures out that Ashley isn’t to blame for anything that happened or any of the miss apprehensions that he has. I understand why Ashley couldn’t tell him why she had to take Diana‘s place which has led to a whole range of misunderstandings. But I thought Anderson as a shrewd businessman would dig farther into the reasons why things happened but he was so engrained in revenge that he’s gonna kick himself when he finds out the truth. But the question is, will he believe the truth when he hears it?

I think this novel is really good with a happy ending. Happy ending is not for every novel but some end with a very sad ending that leaves the reader sad for a while which I find it hard to read on. I am particularly like Ashley as her character is very strong and positive which giving out a good moral guidance on surviving instead of feeling sorry for herself. She got a very unfortunate childhood but at the end it's all paid off. Definitely a good book to pass your day.

The novel talks to me in a number of ways .I enjoyed reading it and I got to realize that life is just unpredictable. I also noticed that when parents think they love their kids sometimes they spoil them and the consequences are not good. I like the novel a lot. It's a pity that we don't get to know what happened to Clara after neglecting her daughter, how was her life while Ashley was being mistreated at Benjamin's house .

Good story, lots going on and HEA ending! Really enjoyed it. But wouldn’t have bought it. Needed more filling out of the characters and how they interacted. Diana and her husband had little attention. Even though the affection was one sided. Diana’s parent’s character was too thin. Anderson was not caring enough. There wasn’t much said about how they were searching for Kristin…no police involved no private investigator? Then when he was returned it was like he wasn’t part of the family yet.
