This book is starting to be a little more than a slow burn. I just want Jensen and Kitty to get their heads out of their butts. EVERYONE ELSE KNOWS they love eachother. Why can’t they just humble themselves and admit it and stop playing games. I really like the family aspect and how there aren’t any terrible characters that make my blood boil. Yet the story still has me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what is going to happen.

I love me anything fantasy dark and stormy vibes dark fantasy romance or high mafia fantasy but I’m the biggest sucking in any genre of troupe for an enemies to lovers morally grey or morally black male and female characters it’s just my absolute favorite for the build up and the banter that’s possible for the story I love seeing different authors takes on it so when I saw this title I saw potential for a good read for me and so far it has not disappointed
