Because Kyle Ethan Clarkson is the Pureblood Prince of the Vampires- the creatures whose existence is unknown to the humans, and the one destined for her to marry.

This was a good novel. I thought it would be different. It's not something I am used to reading it's very pg considering it said you had to be over 18. But it was high-school kids so I guess sex scenes wouldn't be prominent. The fighting scenes and the twists and turns that happened were really well done. I never seen them coming. Even though I had a feeling it was Althea with Gino and not Athena. But all in all I would give this novel a read.
