Overall I enjoy this novel, however I did nearly stop reading simple because there were a few storyline that were dragged out making the novel boring. Also I was not a fan of the ending it felt that part was rushed together. So much more could have been done there. There were plenty of avenues that could have been expanded and I would have liked if they were expanded rather than the ending being rushed together just to finish it.

I really enjoyed Emery's cheeky attitude and the love between them that is evident to the reader before either of them even really notice it. I found the spelling errors and instances grammatical issues a bit disconcerting and felt like I wanted to help and just fix it, but still loved the book! The 2 years that she was gone could have had a little more sustenance, but the last ten chapters makes up for it after the reader learns she was away and healing.

This book was really good at the beginning but then it started to get a bit silly with some of the plot twists. Overall though, I really liked the book. I wish it was a bit longer at the end to know of their future endeavours etc. I would give this book a solid 8 out of 10. It’s not the best book I’ve read but it isn’t the worst either. It is worth reading. Thank you 🤩

Such a happy ending. The twists, turns and all the drama got me glued. Love is truly a beautiful thing when you find the right person to share your life with. Emery and Terrence deserve a happy ending. Glad his Mom came around at the end. Mr Geay senior was truly a legend as he treated her with love and kindness. Ethan didn’t deserve that money. All in all, this book is a must read and I am so glad that I actually started reading it. I wish them all the best and I hope she conceived

I have enjoyed the novel but has occasionally got a few names mixed up. It is generally pretty good with some parts a bit confusing when the names are mixed up. I find that Emery is quite angry and doesn't voice herself enough. Terrence is very sweet to her. Both the mothers in the novel are bitches! I can't beleive his mother broke Emery's guitar for no reason. Hopefully she can tell Terrence why it means so much to her.

I like the bokk and how it’s going so far I like that it’s not always the same talk and not always the same conversation but it has an up and downs and I really like it due to it’s klimax I also like how it shows both perspectives of the people and damn hate the mother in law and step mom like I’m so so so serious those two get on my nerves.. but I could say that I’m very interested so far

Good story. Crazy how horrible people can be. But don’t like the fact that I can’t re-read a chapter, as there were issues that did not make sense and I wanted to check what I thought I previously read and remembered. It is frustrating for me dealing with memory issues from a TBI. So I am thinking I have to start buying paper books again and that way I can take my time reading and refresh my memory if I am having a memory loss day. I just started trying to read again after not reading for over seven years becuse it gave me a headache. I still get a headache but not as severe as it used to be.

It’s a nice novel. I like the two protagonist. Terrence is a real gentleman and Emery’s character too is great. Love their chemistry. It seems that Terrence is already in love with Emery, hence his anger towards her when she flatly said she won’t be pregnant of his baby. This is quite harsh towards Terrence and heartbreaking too. I wish to see them more playful and teasing towards each other and maybe Emery accept Terrence help and finally finds some peace and happiness.

This story is an addictive blend of romance, drama, misunderstandings, and unexpected emotions. The chemistry between the leads keeps you hooked, especially as their relationship slowly changes from an unwanted marriage into something much deeper. I enjoyed the twists, emotional moments, and the way the characters gradually understood their true feelings. The pacing is engaging, making it easy to keep reading chapter after chapter. If you enjoy dramatic marriages, second chances, and slow-burn romance with plenty of surprises, this is definitely worth reading!
