Chapter 1

Elsa's POV

Aria’s execution

The moon was full the night I died.

It hung in the sky like an unblinking eye, watching as my own pack condemned me to silver chains biting into my wrists, my knees pressed into the cold dirt.

I’d once stood proudly beside the Beta, heart full of love and loyalty. Now I was the one on trial.

“She betrayed the pack,” Alpha Darius growled, voice booming through the clearing. “A traitor to her blood.”

That wasn’t true.

But lies are louder than the truth when told by those in power.

I turned to the man who once called me his mate. Kade. My Beta. My fate. His jaw clenched, his eyes refusing to meet mine.

“Kade,” I whispered, voice raw. “You know I didn’t.”

“Enough.” He looked past me. Past my pain. “It’s out of my hands.”

No. It wasn’t. He let this happen. He let them chain me, disgrace me. For ambition? For fear?

I wanted to scream, to beg the Moon Goddess to strike them all down.

Instead, I bit my tongue as the blade of justice gleamed in the torchlight. The Alpha raised it high.

I shut my eyes, welcoming the dark. I had nothing left to live for.

But death didn’t come as expected. I heard a whisper. Soft. Divine.

"Not yet, child. I will not let your story end here."

And then came darkness.

A ray of light shone on my eyes, which made me use my hand to cover my eyes while my eyes had enough time to adjust to the ray of the sunlight.

I looked around, and there was nothing but woods all over the place, then I glanced at my body. It was new, tired, and weak.

I saw a pack bag lying lazily at my side, which I unpacked, only to see a name written inside of it: “ELSA.”

Then it dawned on me that I had been reborn in Elsa's body. Aria's body is gone, but the memories of her past life still linger in Elsa's brain.

According to Elsa's diary, she had no pack and was called a rogue because no pack wanted to accept her, and finally she died either by hunger or whatever.

But the throbbing pain on the left side of Elsa's head says she was hit hard on her head, so on the other hand, she was killed.

“Well, Elsa, I know a pack that would accept us.” I said to my new body,

I packed the bag and hung it on my back while I headed to my pack. I had to stand at a specific point to be able to determine which path I had to follow.

All thanks to my past memories, I was able to recognize the path easily, though I had to maneuver the enemy's territory, which I believe Elsa failed to do, and they killed her.

It took me seven days to arrive at the border, the border my past life once protected, but in the end my service to them was nothing.

Just as I anticipated, the warrior ordered me not to come closer because they believed I was a rogue, but Luna Serena used her power to stop her warriors.

She stared at me for a long time, and I felt bad if she recognized Elsa. She turned to me and asked me what I wanted.

I told her I need a pack to settle in, and in return I would render my services to the pack.

The pack warriors at the borders warned her not to accept a rogue, or she would risk putting the pack in danger.

The Luna that I know is a woman of her mind. A woman whose words are stronger than her Alpha's.

Just like me, everyone waited patiently for what she had to say about me. Rejection or acceptance.

“Follow me,” she ordered, making the jaws of warriors drop.

One of the warriors moved forward, blocking her path, pleading with her to reconsider her order, but one fierce look from her made the warrior shut his mouth.

Immediately, he bowed his head in respect and moved away from her.

Then I follow Luna behind as she leads the way till we come to stop at a building that I recognized to be her office.

She opened the office and asked me to come in. In the same office she would never allow me to say a word or do anything but dismiss whatever suggestions that I had.

Every necessary registration was carried out; the signatures, the passcode, and everything I needed to stay in the pack were all overseen by her.

After I had signed the last document, she got up from her office chair and stared directly at me. She placed her hand on her jaw as she eyed me from my head to my toe.

“You look exactly like someone I know, but I can't place where I have seen you.”

“There are a lot of familiar faces, and I believe there must be someone that looks exactly like you,” I replied.

She nodded her head, handed me over the documents I needed, and then welcomed me to the pack officially.

I bowed my head in respect as I collected the documents from her, as she always did in my past life.

She reminded me of the pack training, which takes place as early as before the sun rises.

I arrived at the house, and, funny how things work, the house I was given was the house I lived in in my past life.

Everything was intact except for my armor. Panic wanted to set in, but I had to remind myself that I am no longer Aria but Elsa.

Yet, I could not wait to clean up and settle in while looking for a way to choose my weapon without anyone suspecting me.

“The servant would help you with that, and there is something I would like you to see; you might like it,” Luna Serena said, startling me.

“Luna, do you go about startling people in their houses? I asked, which made the servant laugh at me.

She locked eyes with me and ordered that I follow her, which I obliged, because there is no way I would say no to someone who accepted me in her pack.

She opened a shelf in her office, which made me roll my eyes, as I didn't know what she was thinking of bringing me here in the first place, but my eyes widened as I saw what was on the shelf.

Chapter 2

It was my armor, the same one I used in my past life. I wanted to collect it, but I had to pretend not to know anything about it.

Luna Serena is a smart woman. She might do that in order to find out if I was Aria. I can't let that happen when I am yet to find justice for myself.

I traced my fingers lovingly at the cloth, the boot, and the weapon. I told Luna that it was beautiful, and I would like to return to my house.

She stopped me and gave it to me, saying it was mine and that it had been lying lazily on the shelf for a long time.

Since I had no one I could use till I got mine, suddenly Alpha Darius bashed into her office without knocking.

I bow to him respectfully, while he eyes me from head to toe, and then he turns to Serena, demanding why she authorized an order without reaching out to him.

Serena asked me to excuse them, while he asked me not to. Serena lost her cool as she forcefully pushed him to the wall.

I quickly ran out of the
