The gods left this world after leaving their blessings. Apprentice pharmacist Cero lives in the borderland of Misthaven. His grandfather was an excellent magic tool craftsman, but as a grandson, he has no ability to make or use magic tools for some reason. After his grandfather passed away, he has been working hard for the head of the family, Oldeba, and spent his days practicing as a pharmacist. One day, a young man from the Royal Magic Knights, who called himself Halmback, appeared in front of Cero. He was very interested in "grandfather's relics", that is, several magic tools——
