Subscription Policy

AlphaNovel allows its users to access certain premium features of the AlphaNovel website or app for a recurring fee (“Subscription”). Subscriptions are personal, non transferable, and not for resale.

By purchasing the Subscription, you agree that we (or our third-party payment processor) will automatically charge your Subscription fee on each renewal date. This means that, unless you cancel, your Subscription will automatically renew at the then-current Subscription rate for the interval you selected (monthly, 3 months, 6 months, or otherwise). By subscribing, you explicitly agree to pay all recurring fees automatically at the applicable rate on each renewal date.

Depending on the platform you subscribe through, Subscriptions may include a Web Subscription or an App Subscription.

For US iOS Users: On iOS, US users can subscribe in two ways:

• Through the Website (managed directly by AlphaNovel): Tap Continue in the App, and you will be redirected to the Website to complete your purchase. This is called an App-to-Web Subscription. Pricing and Subscription terms are shown in the App before you are redirected.
• Through your Apple account: Tap Continue with IAP to subscribe via Apple’s in-app purchase system. Your Subscription will be managed directly by Apple.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your Subscription will stop future automatic renewals, but you will continue to have access to all Subscription features until the end of your current Subscription period. Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.

• App Store / iOS Subscriptions and free trials: Cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current Subscription period. You alone manage these Subscriptions. The same applies to Subscriptions purchased on iOS via the App-to-Web Subscription flow. Learn more on Apple support page
• Google Play Subscriptions and free trials: Cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal in your Google Play account settings. To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your free trial or current Subscription period. You alone manage these Subscriptions. Learn more on Google’s support page
• Web Subscriptions and free trials: Cancel anytime by contacting [email protected] before the end of your free trial or current Subscription period. The same process applies to Subscriptions purchased on iOS via the App-to-Web Subscription flow.

Subscription Fee Changes

AlphaNovel may change Subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice via the App, email, or other prominent method. If you do not agree to the new fee, you may cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect.
