Overall the book is pretty good. There are parts of the book that need to be reviewed, for example when she goes to see Nathanial in her car but he’s dropping her off a block away and the same night gets in her to meet Tristan at the investor dinner its doesn’t make sense. Also, how long has Nathaniel been watching her? The conversations make it seem like they have known each other for a while but they just met at the school.

I’m in a conflict about the feelings of these characters especially the wife who feels so wronged by the cheating husband. Even after she secretly filed for divorce it seems like she was still hoping he wouldn’t sign those divorce paper’s or take away the kids. She’s getting everything she wants and yet she seems to make things too complicated. The mistress is more sensible in this story and she knows how to get what she want’s.

It was just ok. Some parts were believable but other storylines so totally off it took away from the story. ( example: Tristan just leaves the hospital to go on with his life…no consequences for helping to kidnapping Nathan) . Just felt like the story ran out of steam. I find it unbelievable that Sophia could just forgive and forget all the physical and emotional trauma and pain that Tristan caused after years of him stalking her. The end was just too fabricated!

Very well written book. The story line definitely keeps the reader interested throughout. However, the plot is beyond annoying! The husband is completely delusional and his mistress is very manipulative as well. The plot reminds me of those short dramas that seem so unrealistic, similar to a tele-novela. I guess that’s what keeps the story interesting though. A roller coaster of emotions. The new male character is sweet and a nice contrast to the jerk husband. The wife overall is too passive though.

This is one of my fave stories. It's getting down to the nitty gritty now! I can hardly wait for Nathaniel & Sophia to get together. They will be an amazing couple...and family, with their three children. ❤️ Let's just get through the divorce from that sh*t-head Tristan. He deserves the she-devil, Gabriella. Great story line and character development...thank you Author! Now, let's get to a happily ever after for Sophia and her oh-so-hot Nathaniel. 😉 Hopefully their first s*x scene is smoldering! 🔥

Difficult to read mainly because the female lead, Sophia, seems weak and determined to make sure she has been utterly victimized before she even thinks about fighting back. She also seems to go very easy on her abuser/soon to be ex husband. Which, if the story continues the way it's been going, will only further victimize her post divorce. Very frustrating read. Even more frustrating if you have to watch 3 ads between each chapter only for the chapter to unlock more victimization. Maybe it ends well. Maybe the female lead ends up vindicated in the end but right now it's a very difficult read.

I am excited to read what happens next! This was a wonderful read. Nathan needs to come home ASAP!!!! But I'm so proud of Sophia and her resilience to stand her ground. I knew something was up when the twins were so rude to their mom and brother.. From beginning to apparently the ending I wasn't ready for this was a great read. I'm honestly hoping there is a book after this because you can't just leave me hanging like this!

This story of a one-sided open marriage gone wrong was absolutely gripping. It dives deep into betrayal, self-discovery, and the reclaiming of power. The woman’s transformation from hurt to healing was powerful and beautifully written. Watching her turn pain into strength and walk away with confidence was deeply satisfying. It’s raw, emotional, and real—showing that when balance and respect are lost, true power comes from choosing yourself. A brilliant and empowering read from start to finish.

Ive just finished this novel and really enjoyed it. What a great read. At times I couldn’t put it down. I liked how Sophia left Tristan and didn’t take him back. Gabriella’s character was very extreme, very mad. I liked how supportive Nathan was, just when she really needed a person like him. And he had been searching for her all his adult life too. To summarise I really enjoyed this novel and at times unable to put it down.

Compelling and addictive read. I was grps throughout the story Bieber at some point it did lose its charisma the quarters of the way through when a big event happened. It almost becamelike the author wanted the story to continue but didn't have a good enough narrative like it did in the beginning. I dunt know why you just can't end on abs they lived happily ever after... rather than dragging it out bringing up a new scenario and then ending so abruptly I feel like this is so unfinished and then for the story had ended when it shouldn't have.
