I am really hoping for a happy ending here, because the abuse of this girl is so damn sad. I thought that there were other signs of realizing who your mate was, such as the sparks when the two touch? I am curious as to why Everleigh has no scent. Some of the dialogue is confusing, but the story is interesting enough to push through it. I really hope that they don’t let that Alpha Ren and his whole pack get away so easily with the things they have done to this woman.
