This was, by far, one of the best stories I have ever read. It had such a unique storytelling structure in the form of pen pal letters between children, and moving on to heartbreaking struggles for Haven and regret for Wesley. Misunderstandings always lead to such dramatic happenings between characters, but when they overcome hardship and find find their way back together, it makes it all the sweeter. There aren't many stories that are this poignant, and I cried more tears with this story than most, but in the end it made my heart happy, and it left me wanting more with these characters. This is a must-read that I highly recommend!!! 🥰😍🤩
