Alpha's Regret: Losing His True Mate Opiniones

It started out as one story, but then switched to another. Very confusing and irritating. I kept reading and did get interested in the second storyline. I was enjoying the story, but the author just up and left us with a very unsatisfying ending. Everything in the story was just left hanging. There needs to be another book to wrap up all the different character storylines. If this is the absolute ending for this story, it is not worth your time or money to read.

In all honesty the book started off great Elodi was strong, Mika was a great friend and Calhoun was an aggravating choice of man but I was curious to see how the story would continue with these people. When the story showed she’d moved on I was ok with that. But then the story changed completely. Like the first relationship. With Calhoun no longer existed. The back story became inconsistent, she met Dante and left her dreams right after work. But she was already done school and working for Calhoun for years. Mila was never mentioned again and the story blossomed into another story entirely. One very similar to another story with a different. And and characters but exactly starts off the same. She comes home hoping for a little family birthday time for herself and daughter is making a bday gift for the mistress. Husband and daughter bother want the mistress and she leaves giving away custody and started her life in tech, in research etc. and moved on with life, still doing her due diligence to her daughter as the person who gave birth but just the bare minimum.

The novel is a bit confusing. It jumps around alot, making it difficult to keep up with what's going on. The storyline changes without warning or connection to what is currently happening. The author makes Elodie look weak and pathetic. One scene Dante is sweet and caring, then later in the story has never cared or really loved Elodie. Which is it? I thought werewolves were supposed to be strong, Elodie is the complete opposite. Also, this is the first werewolf novel I have read where no one shifts.

so far it's a good read. fast paced and easy with natural breaks to stop and restart at. theme is common and the relationship dynamics are relatable on quite a few levels. the chapters could be a little longer but, they aren't too terribly short so it's adequate. not having time to pick a book is the norm and this makes it quick and easy without vesting too much time or money to try different books. different genres and tailor them to your preferences

It's confusing. First she loves Cal. Her best friend is his sister. She left him after 9 years. Now there's no mention of that timescale. She actively moved away and started her own company and now met Dante through that but now all of sudden She supposedly met Dante during college???? Makes no sense. No continuity at all. Is it the same main character from the first part of the book or no? The premise of the story is good 👍 but the execution is weird. It reads like it was written by multiple authors who didn't collaborate.

I'm enjoying the novel.. the characters are very interesting. There is a huge gap when she states she is pregnant to when she is stating her marriage is ending. What caused this? I find her wanting to move on from her marriage to Dante is dragging on. Looking forward to what other adventures will occur. I am interested / curious if she will meet up with the other Alpha. I am looking forward on reading what will happen.

Good novel so far, but it is a bit frustrating at times (the female main lead). She should just leave the Dante now cause he is not the one for her. And her dad showing up out of the no where, Sienna is her half sister (talk about crazy) and she is mean, Dante will regret his decision and he should read the letter that the main female lead left him so the divorce can be over and done with.

Adorei a história, apesar de achar que ela demorou muito tempo a largar e já chateia um pouco o clichê da meia irmã má e pai abusivo e marido arrependido. A garra dela devia ter aparecido mais cedo.mas gostei da história e quero chegar ao final e ver que ela deu a volta e ele se arrependeu e a filha só quando perdem dão o valor, infelizmente todos os filhos são assim, só dão valor quando já não têm, espero o final com espectativa

********Absolutely ridiculous story! Author couldn't figure out Chinese culture and Italian culture....absolutely the dumbest mess of a story. Names and story line do not match up, werewolves and pack do not play anything in the story. I cannot believe that anyone accepted this as a story. Whoever was paid for this should get the money back...this was absolutely a cut and paste story and NO ONE DID ANY PROOFREADING! The mistakes and story line errors are insurmountable! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Didn’t think it would end the way it did. Book was well written and held my attention. Was a little long. Would like to see a 2nd book picking up where this one left off. I can’t believe the husband would openly be with a girl friend and expect his wife to come back to him after the way he had treated her. Can’t believe he thinks the girl friend would just step away from him. If the is a 2nd book or a series I think the girl friend will hurt or try to kill somebody.
