Great premise and a really strong start. It’s getting a little muddled in the middle with so many twists and turns but the author has a great writing style and injects healthy amounts of humor and spice! This story has very strong rom-com vibes with the added benefits of descriptive sex scenes. The author has created a likable lead character who it’s easy to want to see win in the end. So if you’re a Hallmark movie fan, this story is for you.

The story starts out like what you’d expect and it turns into a very interesting brain teaser. There are so many twists and turns. Whatever you think is going to happen either does not happen or happens in a way you wouldn’t expect which adds excitement to the story. It is far from boring. The author has a way with words. I am definitely enjoying this book and I cannot wait to see how it ends. The journey is quite interesting to say the least.

Stumbled upon this book and it has been a fun read to catch up on a chapter whenever there’s time! Always interesting to read about the best friends that turn into lovers. Roman the protector, everyone wants a big strong man that knows how to take care of a woman and he definitely does that. I had a male best friend and I am glad that we never crossed that line but fun to read about and fantasize. Can’t wait to finish!

Loved the beginning, the tension, the blooming love, the friendship. But as it went on it became more predictable and cliche. Als I didn’t like the domestic violence part, they both went too far. But: still reading so I am still hopeful it will get better and I root for them to be together in spite of all the intrigues. And it would be really satisfying if Chloe and Dean will get what they deserve, they both are pure evil

From what I've read so far, I'm liking it a lot. I like Savannahs character and the more I read the more I understand her. I also definitely feel Chloe and Dean deserve eachother. They are just two awful and hurtful people. I like Roman, but hes suspiciously too secretive. Based on the insinuations, even hes been with Chloe and if I'm not mistaken shes the blonde he was with before going to New Hope with Savannah. Which leads me to feel upset on Savannahs behalf.

I love the intensity of this novel, it’s quite enticing. The suspense has me at a point I can’t put the book down. There are so many twists and turns to this one cannot skip a page. The writer is brilliant and experienced. The novels creativity is exceptional and has one hanging at the end of my seat. I hope and trust the writer has many more of these novels prepared. Definitely a great read, family drama and all .

The novel definitely hooks you and makes you wanting more after every chapter. It’s insane how my jaw is on the floor every other chapter. I love the main character and eager to find out all of the secrets that the characters are hiding. The author drops them in and moves on and just when you think all is good the other shoe drops and the secret is finally revealed. Trigger Warning there is some SA in the novel.

Loving the twist and turns but I do wish Savannah had more confidence in herself and Roman. Her ex and sister are crazy and disgusting, they really deserve each other. I appreciate the intimate parts of the book that they aren't in every single chapter but when they're there it's definitely steamy! There could be a little more detail in the back story of some of the characters to give them a little more dept or just a better understanding of how we got to them as the characters we know now. But overall great read.

The app has a good selection of novels and is generally easy to use. However, the reading experience is unfortunately affected by the large number of ads. They appear very frequently and often interrupt the reading flow, which can become quite annoying, especially when you are really immersed in a story. I understand that ads help keep the app free, but there are simply too many. With fewer ads or a reasonably priced ad-free option, I would definitely enjoy using the app much more.
