Das Tempo ist sehr angenehmen. Die Entwicklung der Beziehung nachvollziehbar. Ein paar mehr Hintergrundinfos zu den Charakteren wären interessant, zum Beispiel weiß ich nicht, was Michael studiert. Auch wenn die Grundidee hinter dem Plot keine neue ist, ist sie doch gut rübergebracht. Es macht Spaß zu lesen, sehr angenehm und macht neugierig, wie es weiter geht. Der Vater stellt sich etwas plump an, zu offensichtlich und ungeübt. Es macht den Anschein, als ob er Geld und Einfluss hat, scheint aber nicht gut mit umgehen zu können.

I'm not a writer, but I know that writing is a journey that has its twists and turns. However, there is a thing called continuity and character development that all good writers follow. Unfortunately, this book had none of that when it came to the supporting details. Axel began the book as a hockey player, then suddenly became a nursing student with no further mention of him playing hockey. It's college, I get it; nursing could have been his major, but that wasn't woven into the story, instead of being dropped in like a bad addendum. Then there was the brother, Gabriel, who I'm pretty sure started as a college student, turned into a seventeen-year-old, then an emancipated minor with no guardian, and ended the book as a young teenager in high school who apparently needed to take the bus to school. How was he getting back and forth to Michael's huge house at the beginning of the story? When did Michael move out of the house, and how did Axel's dorm room suddenly morph into their dorm room where they started the semester out with nothing? Again, rival team captains who were at each other's throats at the start of the book! The book started relatively well and steamy, but somewhere along the way it became this stilted, prudish (compared to the start) book that read like it was written by many different people who couldn't decide on what style and tone to maintain. Seriously, does no one proofread text or care about the flow of the story anymore?

Very original novel with some quite sexy encounters. The actors are totally in their stories but some aspects look unfamiliar or out of caractere. We are rather attracted to the young people by their physical presence, their personalities look real even if sometimes their reactions seem out of phase or exaggerated. Like the suspense and I hope that the bad guys will loose at the end. axel meets to win and to be able to clear the drama created by Michael’s father.

So far the story has been exciting. I enjoy the conflict between the characters. It is awesome to see this story could be a reality that has drawn me in. I can't wait to see what happens next. Axel and Michael are hot making this story increasingly interesting to the point I don't want to put the book down. I'm rooting for them through all of the difficulties they are facing. Go team Michael and Axel!! Keep this story hot and sexy!

Llevo muy pocos capítulos. Pero estoy enamorada de los dos personajes principales! Tanto de Axel y Michael! Bueno que historia tan romántica! Me encanta los giros que han ido dando en la historia y de cómo poco a poco muy sutilmente la relación entre ellos se ha ido fortaleciendo. Tengo muchas ganas que continuar y leer que les deparará a los protagonistas. Y de las nuevas personajes que están apareciendo como Gabe el hermano de Michael. Seguro que tendrá algo protagónico.

Good so far ,, wanna see how it finishes ,, chapters could b longer I feel,, but that's just my opinion ,, also a bit more chemistry between the two ,, more yearning and teasing ,, but like I said it's good so far ,, may be that's to come 😉 I like that they care for the younger brother against the abuse ,, good twist on how his personality is different against his father and performing to protect who he is as a person 😀

This book was just really amazing the characters were fantastic just beyond words I really enjoy stories like these it was just wow..amazing and just plain awesome lml I have like no words I really loved the book like wonderful job 100% can’t wait to read more books just like this and I highly recommend to read this one because you will not be disappointed at all!!! I’m glad for a happy ending it was beautiful and lovely story telling!!!!❤️❤️❤️

I clicked on this novel on impulse, not expecting to like it. I don't normally read mm romance. But thus far, I'm loving it. It is very well written. It's unexpectedly refreshing, with just a dash of spice. 🙃 Definitely a book I would recommend. What I don't like is the minimum word count they force you to write when leaving a review. They force you to write at least 80 words, otherwise the app won't post the review. And I think I said everything I needed to in less than 40 words😡

Fun gay book favourite, I love 💕 LGBT books specially bxb books...it's fun and I hope it refreshing and has no cheating inside and lots of trust in it. I hope the father doesn't get his way with everything and they get their happy life's. Love must always prevail because love is beautiful, genuine and honest , loyalty. It's God's gift , God's love . A father who not capable of loving his own children doesn't deserve to be loved

Loving the dynamic between Axel and Michael . This chaperer I’ll see how it plays out but it’s getting intense . Michael’s faughter is going to test these boy and I hope they can fight him and stick together . Ughh and these two new characters are already pissing me off and they’ve only been in 1 chapter 🤣 (Vanessa and Silas) it’s getting good and emotions are going to be all over the place .
