A cheating husband without respect will find out the consequences of his acts in a hard way and discover how dependent he was in reality. Love appears to be fake love, trust proves to be unworthy. A divorce and a complete change of jobs, yes even to the former adversary law firm proves to be a very good action. A new love is to be developed, a deep one, a true one, but how to be sure about it. Losing it proves the value of it.

Good story line. Enjoyed. Some parts were a little repetitive and slowed the flow. Emily appeared a little too untrusting at times and it made her appear unrealistic. I felt she was acting immature in several situations. While I expected her to find it hard to trust again some dialog made her seem silly. Being a strong professional woman, I expected her to handle some situations in a more mature manner . It was overall a very enjoyable book. Thank you.

Really good with good characters. Can be a bit confusing to read two characters though and experiences, but once you get into that the story is pretty good. Tension build up between the characters is very good and I like the way they interact throughout the story. Read this alone and not around others because it will make you blush. The story is build around revenge and attraktion, each a pull that gives the female character depths. Wish it didn’t cost so much.

I enjoyed the novel especially the decisiveness of the primary female character to leave her cheating and greedy husband. The novel seems to be in a hurry like not enough story regarding the gang, Bonnie and George. This novel is a beautiful and emotional love story that shows how love can bring both happiness and heartache. The characters are relatable, and their relationship develops naturally throughout the story. I enjoyed seeing how they faced challenges, misunderstandings, and difficult choices while trying to understand their feelings for each other.

Also von diesem Roman habe ich eine sehr Gemische Meinung. Die Storyline ist sehr interessant und die Charaktere eigentlich auch in ihrer Grundart. Was für mich einfach etwas störend ist ist der Schreibstil. Es fehlt leider an Tiefe um die Charaktere besser kennen zu lernen und auch um der Storyline besser folgen zu können. Man kann auch der Zeitachse nicht so gut folgen. Mir kommt es oft so vor, als wäre schon viel Zeit vergangen, dabei waren es nur wenige Tage. Aber ich bleibe dabei wegen der Story. Die ist nämlich echt interessant.

Pretty average read. The ending felt a bit rushed, chapters are too short and the main character irritated me quite a bit. Albie was a bit much in the beginning with his possessiveness and arrogance and ego but over time he seemed to calm down. There were some unrealistic parts and would have been nice to know what country they went to imo. Overall I get the idea of it being a short love story and it delivered in that respect but that's it.

This was a great love story, a great book I couldn’t put it down. From heartbreak to ecstasy, from marriage to betrayal, this book has it all. I enjoyed the look into each characters past, present, and the unfolding future. There was some confusion about chapter 91, which had nothing to do with this book. It’s characters weren’t any that were in the book or no people we had ever heard of. It made you stop and wonder if it was some mistake.

The storyline is a bit boring. Lacking momentum in keeping it engaging. The author doesn’t seem to fully research things before writing on them. Writer did not edit or get the book edited. The number of wrong words used is high. The misspellings are high. The name changes of the main character. Idk if her name is Elise or Elsie. It’s different every other use of it. The writer is definitely not native English speaker and that fine if they get an editor to fix errors. It used the word eluded for exuded and crease instead of caress. That’s just the 2 I found most annoying personally. The author also had a scene where the main character and her friend went to a bar. They were harassed by men and separated they both left separately after arriving together without any communication of this or making sure the other was ok until the following day. Writers name is female but I wonder if it’s a man. I think a woman writer would understand the dangers of that type of action. Yes it’s a book not real life but I just feel that it’s bad form to act like women aren’t in serious danger in those situations and for them to be so careless of each other is gross even in a book.

The book is amazing overall, but the author needs to proofread and correct all the spelling and grammar mistakes because it can be annoying to have to correct almost 2 words or tenses in each paragraph. Oh well I loved the chemistry between the Elsie and Albie even though the story felt a bit rushed but it was worth it, If I had any coins left I'd definitely give a gift 🎁 There's always room for improvement and I can't wait to read more from this particular author.

Thank you for thus novel. I love Elsie she is so decisive in her actions when she found out that Daniel was cheating on her with her assistant. Good move to completely changing her surroundings. Albie was so confident in pursuing her. I hope he can break down the walls Elsie is trying to build around her. All in all it is a sweet romantic noval, I am enjoying reading it in my downtime a nice relaxing read thank you to the author.
