Freya was born with special abilities which have to do with her vioce and words in Mystic Falls where only humans live, because of her abilities and how different she was everyone feared her and called her a freak, Freya turn herself mute because of her abilities as whatever she says is a command to whoever hears it and her screams are deadly to whoever hears it. She was despised and maltreated by her parents and everyone in Mystic Falls, at the age of five her parents abandoned her deep in the forest for animals to devour her because as she grew so did her abilities so they thought to rid themselves of her. Freya was rescued from the forest by Mr. and Mrs Marshall when she saved them with her abilities from vicious beasts tho they feared her abilities they still adopted her as their own, she lived with the Marshalls as their mute daughter for a while but as she grew much older she couldn't control her abilities and decided to move away from them as she feared that she could hurt them unknowingly. Her schoolmates and and neighbors taunt the Marshalls because of her abilities and she didn't want to give them anymore troubles, so at the age of 20 and beginning of her senior year in highschool Freya moves to New Orleans to start her life afresh and mend her broken soul but what she didn't know was that in New Orleans not only humans lived but there were werewolves, sirens, witches and other supernatural beings.
