JELLA POV

I woke up in a cozy room while my mother was facing me crying. I don't remember what happened to me but why is she crying? Where am I? Why am I here? What happened?

When I looked at the attached dextrose in my hand I realized I was in the Hospital.

"Thank God you woke up" my mother said smiling at me but the tears were obvious in her eyes.

"What happened mom? Why am I here? "I asked her curiously.

"You lost consciousness so we took you immediately to the hospital and the Doctor said you have an acute dengue"she replied.

Suddenly the Doctor came in and he greeted us with a smile.And I also smiled to him.

"How are you feeling now?"the Doctor asked.

"I'm good Doc," I replied to him.

"Well, that's good. Let me check your Blood pressure and platelets so we can decide if I will discharge you tomorrow or not" the Doctor said with a smile.

After a few tests performed on me, the Doctor said goodbye and left the room. My mother and I were left in the room.

A few moments later, my father came in and was very happy to see me smiling at him.

"How are you feeling?" Dad asked worriedly.

"I'm okay dad. Don't worry about me" I replied smiling.

My father hugged me and mom tightly.There was no room for the joy I felt at those times. I could feel how much they loved me because their faces showed their concern for me. The next day, the Doctor decided to discharge me because everything was normal in my Laboratory Test.My parents were happy and my father immediately said goodbye to go to the Billing Office to pay. I couldn't help but ask Mom if we can pay the hospital bill when we are short of money.I'm sure we will need to pay a large amount in a few days of my stay in the hospital.

"Mom, how can we pay for all the hospital expenses? I know we have already spent a lot on building a stall in the market. I think I added to your problem" I asked anxiously.

"What are you Jella! Don't say that because you are not a problem to us. We are your parents so you are our responsibility "my mother replied emphatically.

"The important thing is that you are okay now. You are safe because you know that we can't handle when something bad happens to you. We love you very much"she added.

I smiled at what my mother said and I couldn't stop myself from hugging her. I'm probably the luckiest child in the world. I'm very lucky because they became my parents. When we got home I immediately sat on the sofa while staring at our little Garden. My mother was cooking in the kitchen for our dinner and my father was leaving for work.

Suddenly the rain came down and I could clearly see that our little garden was slowly getting wet outside the house so I was amused to watch it.

"Mom, what time will dad come home?" I asked.

"I don't know yet.He still hasn't called me" replied my mother. "Okay mom," I answered.

I first went into the room to rest because I felt tired.

When I entered, I immediately lay down on the bed and closed my eyes. I did not realize that I had fallen asleep.

When I woke up I immediately got up to leave the room but I stopped when I heard mom and dad talking.

"Dear, even if we are deep in debt. I can do it just to save our daughter,"my father said.

"I know you will do everything for our daughter but we know Sir Johnson has a bad attitude. I hope he doesn't get to the point where he pressures us because we owe him,"my mother replied.

"Don't worry dear. We have agreed that I will give 50% of my salary until I pay my debt. He doesn't ask for interest so I can pay him soon,"my father said.

"Okay,I'm just worried,"my mom said.

"Can you please don't think that first dear?

The important thing is that our child is safe so we should work harder so that she can finish her college",he added.

I didn't realize that I was crying while listening to their conversation at those times. I know my parents are old but they are still trying to work for me.My dream is to graduate from College so that I can repay all their sacrifices for me.

I immediately wiped my tears before leaving the room. They looked at me with a smile.

I approached them and hugged them tightly and they hugged me too. I have nothing more to ask God but to be with them for a long time until I get old.

"I love you both" I told them with a smile.

"We love you very much,"my mother said, smiling.

We happily had dinner and talked that night. I also couldn't help but ask my father where he got our payment at the Hospital. I don't know why I was intrigued to find out who Sir Johnson was.

"Dad, where did you get the hospital payment?" I asked.

"Ley, haven't we talked about this before?" mother responded.

"I just want to know mom. I know we're short of money right now and I heard your conversation.

"Who is Sir Johnson, dad?" I asked curiously.

I saw my father sigh when I asked him about the name he mentioned earlier. I know Sir Johnson is the one he owes based on what I heard but who is he? I don't know why I want to know about him.

"Sir Johnson is my employer and I also borrowed money from him to pay our hospital bills"my father replied.

"Wow, Sir Johnson is kind.You are lucky to have him and he has also been lucky with you because you're so hard at work Dad" I said with a smile.

"Yes" Dad replied and smiled sparingly.

After our happy dinner I offered to help my mother wash the dishes but she refused and told me to go into the bedroom to rest.

"Thank you Sir Johnson" I said to myself smiling.

Days passed by,everything went well and I'm so very happy.

I woke up early to help my mother clean the house. I knew she was very tired from the housework but she still wouldn't let me do the laundry and do the dishes. I thought of just sweeping and watering our plants.

"Mom,Why did dad leave early today?" I asked.

"He told me that Sir Johnson called him early so he hurried away," my mother replied.

"Is that so? Hmm, have you seen Sir Johnson in person mom? How old is he? Is he as old as you? "I asked curiously, even beating the media on TV.

"Late 20's I guess. I'm not sure but wait, why do you seem interested in knowing Sir Johnson?" Mom asked.

"Of course,he is my savior because he helped dad to save my life.I owe him a lot mom," I replied with a smile.

"Jella,stop thinking about that."my mom answered.

I also don't know why I want to meet him. Maybe it's because he's the reason why I'm still alive today. I just smiled and suddenly formed my imagination of what he looks like. Maybe his face is very gentle and Angelic. We're almost the same age so I can't help but admire him even though I haven't seen him yet.

Suddenly my phone rang and it was an unknown number. I immediately answered the call but suddenly my whole body trembled at what I heard from the other line.

"What ?! Which hospital?! "I asked, confused.

I saw my mother look at me and the nervousness and recollection was obvious in her eyes as she waited for me to say something.I immediately told her that my father was in the hospital now.

"Dad is in the hospital mom," I said, trembling and crying.

"What ?! Which hospital, Jella?! What happened to your father? "Mom said in a panic.

"Let's go to the hospital now mom." I cried as I pulled my mother out and we immediately took a Taxi.

While on the way to the hospital, I was restless because I was so worried and so was my mother. I don't know why there's a lot of trials coming to our family one after another.

When we arrived at the hospital we both ran inside and went to the information desk to ask where my father was. My hands were sweating profusely while holding my mother's cold hand because she had been nervous.

"Nurse, where is Mr
